I have booked two weeks in a row at this hotel due to needing to be close to UNC Medical Center. Every single staff member has been welcoming, helpful, and always available. I booked the king suites both times with the whirlpool tub because I love a good soaking tub! Both of the king suites I stayed in were spacious with a mini bar/sink area including a small fridge and microwave with plenty of storage. The king size bed was very comfortable with soft clean linens and the blackout curtains made it extra cozy. There were two nice flatscreen tvs in the room, one in the living room area across from the sleeper sofa and one in the bedroom. There was also a nice desk and chair with plenty of lighting options throughout all of the rooms. The bathroom was very spacious with the very large whirlpool tub/ shower that has me wanting to remodel my bathroom at home honestly! The location was perfect for me because I was close to UNC but also there is a large shopping center right across the road, very close to several restaurants- I personally had takeout from Outback and Kanki Japanese restaurant (both within walking distance) and both places were great! The hotel hallways always smelled very clean and I felt safe using parking and all the facilities as a solo traveling female which is very important to me. I would and probably will be staying here again. Definitely my top choice for value, safety, cleanliness & comfort.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was fine, especially for kids who just love to swim. The breakfast was actually quite decent but just a normal continental breakfast, nothing crazy. The rooms were spacious and fantastic. Very clean. Excellent value for what we got. I needed a bed for each person in my party (2 teens and a pre teen plus me) and we weren't right on top of each other, had space and that helped make the trip extremely enjoyable. Location was also perfect.

Helena

The room was very clean. The shower was wonderful. Plenty of nice towels. Blankets were soft and enough pillows as well. And checking in was so easy. It was a last minute booking due to a major power outage and the young man working the desk did an amazing job . And the breakfast was great as well

Marr

The breakfast was awesome as was the staff which oversaw it. I felt secure at this location. Good location - near everything we needed or wanted. Liked that we had the option to skip room cleaning since we were only there for two nights.

The front desk attendant was very helpful. The property is older and a bit worn in places but the interior was apparently renovated somewhat recently so it was nice enough. The location is great.
